We use the cold cast method, which allows casting a bronze layer on a hard resin core. Once patinated and finished, it becomes a magnificent art work that compares perfectly in appearance to a piece of hot-cast lost-wax bronze.
This is a cold cast bronze sculpture with ruusted iron patination. The original was sculpted in clay by the sculptor and after the original we mould this sculpture in our workshop with a layer of bronze powder and resin on a hard resin core. Once patinated and finished it becomes a splendid art work that compares very well in appearance with a hot cast lost wax bronze piece. by the Author and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
